Her dedication to breaking taboos around menstruation drives the organization's educational initiatives.
As co-founder, Nay leads Her Light's educational programs, blog content, and community partnerships. She works to ensure that accurate, empowering information about menstrual health reaches as many people as possible — because, as she puts it, "Better information is one of the simplest tools we have for breaking the stigma."
