Bianca Smith Petersen
Bianca Smith Petersen is the co-founder of Her Light. Of Italian, Danish, and Swedish heritage and based in Milan, Italy, she is an international student with a deep passion for social justice, women's health, and community advocacy.
Her experiences growing up across cultures gave her a unique perspective on the disparities women face in accessing basic healthcare and menstrual products. As co-founder, Bianca oversees Her Light's strategic direction, fundraising campaigns, and documentary production, committed to amplifying the voices of women affected by period poverty.
